This podcast was a dream of mine for over a decade that I finally made a reality this past year. I wanted a space for military spouses that was supportive and productive! This lifestyle can be so challenging....rewarding...but really challenging!
In this podcast, I talk all about the challenges of Married to Military life while also offering effective strategies to navigate the difficulties based on my experience as a psychologist and working with hundreds of military couples.
The fact that it has been on the air for almost one full year is MIND-BLOWING! I look forward to it every week and I love that you all have listened and shared and are right there with me.
